I work in Andheri and commute by local train. Every cotton shirt I've owned has either shrunk or gone limp after 10 washes. This one hasn't. The fabric breathes genuinely well — not marketing well, actual well. The off-white colour is slightly darker than the website photos but I actually prefer it. Fits true to size, no stretch needed at the chest for M. Will definitely buy the full sleeve version next.

My husband is very particular about fabric, gets rashes from anything synthetic. This shirt has been a revelation for him. Have washed it 8 times now including one machine wash on delicate and it looks exactly the same as day one. The texture is slightly rough initially but softens noticeably by the third wear, like good khadi should. Packaging was neat too, came in a simple cotton bag. Prompt delivery.

I'm from Gujarat so I know what real handspun khadi feels like — my grandfather used to wear it. This is the real thing. You can see the slight irregularities in the weave which is exactly what you want. Machine woven fabric is too uniform. The shirt has good weight without feeling heavy and the collar holds its shape well. Price point is fair for what you're getting. Would have given 5 stars but the button stitching on one button was slightly loose — fixed it easily at home.

Quality of the khadi fabric itself is excellen no complaints there. The shirt runs slightly narrow across the shoulders for 2XL. I have a broader build and while the chest fits fine, the shoulder seam sits about a centimetre inward than I'd like. Not a dealbreaker, I've worn it several times already. The unbleached colour pairs really well with chinos and jeans both. Would suggest a size up if you have broad shoulders at 2XL.

Needed something for a family wedding that wasn't a full kurta but felt appropriate. Paired this with a white dhoti pant and it worked perfectly. The natural off-white has a quiet elegance that's hard to find in most casual shirts. Ironed well, didn't need starch, and held the shape through a 6-hour event including an outdoor reception in humid Kerala weather. The absence of any chemical smell is something I really appreciated most new shirts have that. This had none.

My first two shirts from them were from last year's batch. Ordered this one to see if quality has stayed the same. It has. The weave, the hand feel, the weight — all consistent. If anything the stitching on this one is slightly cleaner. I travel often for work and khadi handles long flights better than most fabrics — doesn't wrinkle badly and doesn't hold sweat. Has become my go-to for anything that isn't a full suit situation. Reliable brand no gimmicks.

Bought this as a birthday gift for my brother who is very conscious about sustainable clothing. He was genuinely impressedsaid the quality felt premium without being showy, which is exactly the vibe he wanted. The delivery took 6 days which was slightly longer than expected based on the website estimate, but the product itself was worth the wait. He's washed it three times and says it's holding up beautifully. Minus one star only for the delay will order again.
