Refund policy

At White Kailash, every piece is handcrafted with care by skilled artisans across India.
We understand that sometimes, adjustments may be needed — and we’re here to help you through the process smoothly.


🔄 Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges can be requested within 7 days of delivery.

  • The first exchange is complimentary; subsequent exchanges will incur a ₹150 handling fee.

  • Once your first exchange is completed, any further dissatisfaction regarding fit or quality will be resolved through store credit refunds only.

  • After two failed pickup attempts, customers are requested to self-ship the product to the address provided by our team.

  • Exchange requests are processed after the returned product reaches our warehouse and passes quality verification (typically 8–10 working days).


↩️ Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 4 days of delivery.

  • A ₹100 handling fee applies to each return; for orders with more than two items, the fee is ₹200 in total.

  • After two failed pickup attempts, customers will need to courier the item back to us at their own expense.

  • Refunds are initiated once the item is received and cleared by our Quality Check team (usually within 8–10 working days).


💳 Refund Method

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 8–10 working days post-verification.


⚖️ General Terms

  • Clearance or discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn, with original tags and packaging intact to qualify for exchange or refund.

  • Returns or exchanges for custom or altered garments are not accepted.
