We understand that sometimes, adjustments may be needed — and we’re here to help you through the process smoothly.
🔄 Exchange Policy

Exchanges can be requested within 7 days of delivery.

The first exchange is complimentary; subsequent exchanges will incur a ₹150 handling fee.

Once your first exchange is completed, any further dissatisfaction regarding fit or quality will be resolved through store credit refunds only.

After two failed pickup attempts, customers are requested to self-ship the product to the address provided by our team.

Exchange requests are processed after the returned product reaches our warehouse and passes quality verification (typically 8–10 working days).

Returns are accepted within 4 days of delivery.

A ₹100 handling fee applies to each return; for orders with more than two items, the fee is ₹200 in total.

After two failed pickup attempts, customers will need to courier the item back to us at their own expense.

Refunds are initiated once the item is received and cleared by our Quality Check team (usually within 8–10 working days).

Prepaid Orders: Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 8–10 working days post-verification.

Clearance or discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn, with original tags and packaging intact to qualify for exchange or refund.

Returns or exchanges for custom or altered garments are not accepted.
