Refund policy

At White Kailash, every piece is handcrafted with care by skilled artisans across India.
We understand that sometimes, adjustments may be needed and we’re here to help you through the process smoothly.

🔄 Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges can be requested within 7 days of delivery.

  • The first exchange is complimentary; subsequent exchanges will incur a ₹150 handling fee.

  • Once your first exchange is completed, any further dissatisfaction regarding fit or quality will be resolved through store credit refunds only.

  • After two failed pickup attempts, customers are requested to self-ship the product to the address provided by our team.

  • Exchange requests are processed after the returned product reaches our warehouse and passes quality verification (typically 3–4 working days).

⚖️ General Terms

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn, with original tags and packaging intact to qualify for exchange or refund.

  • Exchange for altered garments are not accepted.

  • In case of any issues or special requests, please reach out to our support team, we’re happy to assist.
